Course Information
EIT Food Agricultural Program
This training program is part of a number of activities that EIT Food has created for farmers, agri-food businesses and consumers to scale regenerative practices in Europe. The aim is to spread knowledge and outcomes of our project to build a European regenerative farming community.
Course Facilitators
José Luis García de Castro holds a veterinarian degree from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, and has specialized in regenerative livestock management, holistic planned grazing, and pasture-based meat production. Over the past decade, he has trained extensively with the Iberian Association of Regenerative Agriculture and Holistic Management International, deepening his expertise in sustainable livestock systems and adaptive grazing strategies.
José Luis will be leading this two-day practical course and sharing his knowledge and experience with participants throughout.
What's included
Coffee and a farm-to-fork lunch will be provided on site on both days. We aim to offer healthy and varied meals with ingredients mostly sourced fresh from the farm. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions.

Please remember that all courses will be held outdoors, so it's important to come prepared for the hot Ibiza summers. Additionally, some courses will involve hands-on construction work, requiring specific gear.

Language
The course will be taught primarily in Spanish but English translation will be available for those who need it.
