During the ceremony, participants offer symbolic gifts such as fruits, grains, or flowers to the earth, guided by a knowledgeable elder, in this case, María Valdivia.

It’s a beautiful, immersive moment that connects guests with the land and the changing of the seasons.

The Pago a la Tierra ceremony will be conducted in Spanish, with English translation offered during the experience.

Yes! Families are welcome. Children can enjoy arts & crafts activities until 21:00, and everyone is invited to explore the farm freely during the evening.

4. What food options are available?

Guests can enjoy a communal dining experience in our open-air courtyard, celebrating seasonal, regenerative ingredients from our farm.

This is a relaxed, family-friendly setup: there is no table service. Orders are placed at our food and drinks bars, and then you can collect your food and drinks and enjoy them at your reserved table.

Due to the nature of our establishment, we can only guarantee accommodations for vegetarian requests.

Walk-ins are welcome, though we encourage reservations to secure your spot.
