A celebrated Food Alchemist and creator of the Sol Cooking Method, Erika specializes in seasonal, functional cooking techniques designed to nourish the body and soul. Her SolMethod emphasizes activation, balance, and natural wellness, offering a holistic approach to cooking that aligns with seasonal needs.

Full Course Price: €444 for the full 4-week course.

This is the second course Erika is hosting at Juntos Farm. In addition to this winter course, she will also host a spring and summer course.

Full Season Pass with Discount: Enroll in 3 courses for €333 each, totaling €999.

Capacity

To ensure a personalized and hands-on experience, each class is limited to 8 participants. Early registration is highly recommended.
