Sage, throughout history, has always stood as a beacon of wisdom. It is Mother Nature’s masterplan, with the burning of sage being used as a spiritual tool since ancient times. This Salvia lavandulifolia Essential Oil bottles the ritual — conjuring purification, clearing of negative energy, and removal of bacteria. Its genus is related to the Latin word salvere, which means, ‘to be saved.’ To us, this potent Essential Oil offers a direct line of salvation by allowing us to tune in to our intuition, creativity, and spirituality. Spanish Sage is equilibrium — capturing the plant’s nuance in full potency. The aroma that results is herbaceous, green, and slightly floral — layered with notes reminiscent of Eucalyptus and fresh Pine.

Sourcing

Our Sage was grown by Alfonso and Yanniek at La Junquera, a regenerative farm in Murcia, Spain seeking to regenerate the Iberian Peninsula. Growing this Sage through regenerative methods means tackling the issues the land is facing head-on, such as the degradation of its soils, overexploitation of aquifers, and biodiversity loss. This Essential Oil stands for its future.

When to use it?

How to use it?

For a sensorial journey, take a deep inhale directly out of the bottle or use in a diffuser. To use topically, place one to two drops of this Sage in a carrier oil, and rub it on your temples or ovaries.
